The team were incredibly swift and efficient, and it was impressive to watch how smoothly everything was handled from start to finish. We especially appreciate the thorough clean-up afterward — they left the area ( both ours and our neighbors ) looking spotless. Their professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail really stood out, and we’re so grateful for the excellent service. Urban Arborists did a lovely job pruning and shaping my flowering cherry tree. The service from start to finish has been excellent. They were prompt visiting the site to quote and then arrived on the dot of the specified time to complete the job. Will be recommending and using again.

We did few tree trimming this week. The team Kai, the young girl...n others did good job and we are happy with their work. However they still need to be more punctual as they came an hour late onsite and didn't even called us about it. We had to chase through their call centre. Also we had to follow up to cut 3 branches as per quote as they understood only 2 branches have to cut when we asked them..They would have done incomplete job if we didn't follow up. Otherwise a very professional n awesome job. Thanks.

Urban Arborists were requested to remove two very tall and large pine trees outside our property. Jed and his team displayed a degree of professionalism rarely seen these days alongside a high degree of attention to detail and safety together with excellent communication. The whole process was completed in minimal time and clean up was executed with care and consideration leaving the property in a most acceptable condition. To anybody wishing to employ arborists for any job, small or large, then the first contact would be Urban Arborists. I would recommend them without hesitation as the most courteous, diligent and professional team that exist in tree work. More work by Urban Arborists this Thursday March 5th 2026. The process of trimming down our Silver Dollar Gums was performed in an expert manner by Jed's team without issues. The whole procedure was carried out with precision and attention to detail. One important factor was the clean up - every scap of branch and foliage was removed and the property left neat and tidy. I can only reiterate that the choice of arborists in Auckland for a top class job is soley with Urban Arborists, their work is exemplary.

We had Jack, Liam and Preston on the job. These gents got straight into work and took a methodical and clean approach to doing their business on two large trees. No plants, fences or buildings were damaged! All green waste was removed and a brush over. Exceptional work done, time not wasted and competitively priced. Thank you.

This is the fourth time I have used the services of Urban Arborists in the last 3 years and they never fail to excel at their profession. They listen to the brief,are happy to go out of their way to get the job done to perfection and the tidy up of the section after they have finished is fantastic.They are friendly,helpful, and efficient.It was great to see they have employed a young woman who was in training,she was very pleasant,curtious and was very capable and confident, going forward she will a valuable asset to the team.
